Day Trip to Werribee Park

Day Trip to Werribee Park Monday 18th October 8.45am – 5pm.

download-pdfThe day will begin with a coach trip from the Sebel Hotel to Werribee Open Range Zoo some 40 minutes west of Melbourne, where we will start the day with a leisurely morning tea, followed by a safari around the Open Range Zoo. From there you will be taken to Werribee Park, where there will be time to enjoy a leisurely stroll/walk around the State Rose and Sculpture gardens. Lunch at the mansion will be followed by a tour of the mansion itself.

From there you will be taken to Werribee Park, where there will be time to enjoy a leisurely stroll/walk around the State Rose and Sculpture gardens. Lunch at the mansion will be followed by a tour of the mansion itself. Later, visitors will be taken to the Shadowfax Winery, giving you the opportunity of tasting several of their excellent award-winning wines and including a tour of the winery and cellar. The coach will return to the Sebel Hotel by 5pm to allow guests ample time to prepare for the Conference Dinner. The day will be filled with interest, while allowing some free time to wander around the Park’s attractions at a leisurely pace.

-provides visitors with an ‘Out of Africa’ Adventure, heading out on Safari through wild, grassy plains and sweeping river terraces, rich with rhino, giraffe, antelope, zebra and hippo and lions.
